Paul serves Richard P. Slaughter Associates as Chief Growth Officer, leading the firm’s growth strategy to expand awareness, deepen client engagement, and strengthen business development. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing systems that connect strategy to firm-wide execution, Paul brings a broad operating perspective that supports how the firm grows intentionally while optimizing the client experience. He has served in senior executive roles including President, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, with a consistent focus on creating clarity, accountability, and follow-through across the firm’s growth priorities.
