Slaughter Associates achieved its highest mark finishing second in the small-employers (15-29 employees) category. It’s the seventh consecutive year Slaughter Associates has been included in list naming the top employers across the U.S.
Each year since 2018, InvestmentNews has selected the top-75 firms based on employer and employee surveys conducted across the country evaluating company culture, benefits, career paths, and more. Slaughter Associates is proud to have been included among this group each year as it is a testament to the foundation of the firm and the dedication of the team to serving its clients every day.
“It’s extremely important to us that we maintain our team culture even as the demand for our services grows and we add new team members to ensure the highest level of service and care to our clients,” said Brooks Slaughter, President and CEO. “Making sure our employees love where they work has been at the core of that culture as it’s the best way for us to maintain consistent delivery of service that translates directly to the client experience.
InvestmentNews partners with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program. The list, begun in 2018, is a first-of-its-kind for the financial advice industry on a national scale. Recognized organizations must meet all the eligibility requirements to participate in the survey portion of the assessment. To ensure credibility within the small-employers group, these candidates must have an 80 percent participation rate in the surveys.
