Gabe serves Richard P. He helps deliver exceptional client service through advisor development, planning standards, efficient operations, and considered technology adoption.
Gabe’s leadership in strategy and operations has been forged by twenty years as a Naval Flight Officer, including overseas assignments in Spain and Japan and numerous deployments. Following his retirement from the U.S. Navy, he led multiple teams as a human capital strategy and technology specialist, advising clients in the public sector, healthcare, and financial services industries.
As a lifelong coach and mentor, he is driven by the opportunity to build capabilities in people, excellence in service, and high-performing teams.
